This policy describes the information used to provide Supecoder’s digital products and website.
Your story-builder notes
The free story builder keeps notes only in the current page’s memory. They are not submitted to our servers, added to analytics or recorded in session replay. Download an outline to keep it on your own device. Leaving or refreshing the page clears the notes.
Purchases and account access
Stripe processes payment details. We use the email address, order reference, purchased product, payment status and access records to fulfil purchases, send receipts or access links, provide support and process refunds. We do not receive or store full card details. Supabase provides account and file storage, and our email provider delivers transactional messages.
Optional email
If you ask for the sample by email, we use your address to deliver it. Marketing follow-ups require a separate, optional consent. You can unsubscribe using the link in each marketing email. Unsubscribing does not prevent necessary purchase or access emails.
Optional analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may help us understand page visits and product interactions. These tools are disabled on the story builder and account pages. We do not send your interview notes, email address or payment details as analytics events. Preview and local development visits are excluded. You can reset your choice below.
Retention and your choices
We keep purchase records as needed to provide access, resolve disputes and meet applicable accounting requirements. Access and operational logs are used to secure the service. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to required record retention.
